Our shipping policy is designed to be transparent, reliable, and family-friendly, so you always know when to expect your Bodeuy pieces. Below, we break down everything from delivery destinations to tracking, and how we handle unexpected delays.
1. Shipping Destinations
We’re proud to deliver our colorful collections to families near and far. For domestic shipping, we cover all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories like Puerto Rico and Guam—no matter where you are in the U.S., we’ll get your Bodeuy pieces to you.
For international shipping, we currently offer delivery to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European countries (France, Germany, Italy, and Spain). If you live outside these regions and want to order our women’s or kidswear, feel free to email [email protected]—our team will check if we can arrange delivery to your location and share details with you.
2. Shipping Options & Timelines
We offer flexible shipping choices to fit your needs, whether you’re in a rush for a special occasion (like a kid’s school event) or want to save on costs.
a. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Our domestic shipping options are tailored to different timelines and budgets. Standard Shipping is ideal for non-urgent orders: it takes 3–5 business days to deliver after processing, and it’s free for orders over \(50—if your order is under \)50, the cost is $4.99.
If you need your items faster, Expedited Shipping delivers in 2–3 business days after processing, with a flat cost of \(9.99 (no minimum order required). For last-minute needs (like a forgotten birthday gift), Express Shipping gets your order to you in 1–2 business days after processing, for \)14.99.
Note: Business days exclude weekends and major holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving. For orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories, please add 1–2 business days to the Standard and Expedited shipping timelines—these locations may have slight delivery delays due to distance.
b. International Shipping
For international orders, we have two main options. International Standard Shipping is great for budget-conscious shoppers, taking 7–14 business days to deliver after processing. The cost is calculated at checkout, based on your destination country and the total weight of your order (e.g., a small kidswear set will cost less to ship than a bulk order of women’s dresses).
If you need your international order quickly (like for a family vacation), International Express Shipping offers priority handling, delivering in 3–5 business days after processing. Similar to Standard, the cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s government. Bodeuy does not cover these additional costs—you’ll be responsible for paying them when your package is delivered. We recommend checking with your local customs office ahead of time to understand any potential fees.
3. Order Processing Time
Before your order ships, we take time to ensure every piece meets our quality standards—especially for kidswear, where we double-check stitches, fabric durability, and size accuracy to make sure it’s ready for play.
Most standard orders (non-personalized) are processed within 1–2 business days. If you place an order after 2 PM ET on a Friday, or over the weekend, it will be processed the next business day (e.g., an order placed on Saturday will start processing on Monday).
For custom or personalized items—like kidswear with embroidered names, or made-to-order women’s pieces—processing takes a bit longer, usually 3–5 business days. This extra time lets us craft your unique item with care, and we’ll send you an email if there’s any unexpected delay (e.g., if a personalized design needs extra adjustments).
4. Tracking Your Order
We know you’ll want to keep an eye on your package, so we make tracking easy. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. This number is linked directly to the carrier’s website (such as USPS, UPS, or DHL for international orders)—just click the link in the email to see real-time updates, like when your package is “In Transit,” “Out for Delivery,” or has been delivered.
If you prefer, you can also visit the carrier’s website separately and enter your tracking number to check status. If you don’t receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, don’t worry—email [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll look up your order status and resend the tracking details right away.
5. Address Changes & Order Modifications
Mistakes happen—if you realize you entered the wrong shipping address, or want to adjust your order, we’re here to help (as long as we can).
For address changes: Email us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your order number and the corrected address, and we’ll update it for you. Once your order has shipped (and a tracking number has been generated), we can’t modify the address anymore—at that point, you’ll need to contact the carrier directly for assistance (we can share the carrier’s contact info if you need it).
For order modifications—like adding a new item, removing an item, or changing a size—reach out to us within 24 hours of ordering. We’ll adjust your order if it hasn’t started processing yet. If processing has already begun (e.g., your items are being packed), we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll let you know your options (like returning the item later for a refund).
6. Missing, Lost, or Delayed Packages
We work closely with our carriers to ensure on-time delivery, but sometimes delays or issues happen (like weather disruptions or logistical hiccups). Here’s how we handle common scenarios:
If your package is delayed (e.g., Standard Shipping takes longer than 5 business days, or International Standard takes longer than 14 days), first check the tracking link—carriers often post updates about delays (like “Weather Delay” or “Customs Hold”). If there’s no update, or the delay is unexpected, email us—we’ll contact the carrier to investigate and share updates with you.
If the carrier marks your package as “Lost” or “Undeliverable,” we’ll offer two options: we can send a replacement order for free (with priority shipping if possible, to get your items to you faster), or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Just let us know which option you prefer, and we’ll process it quickly.
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address (that wasn’t updated in time), we’ll email you to confirm the right address. We can reship the order for a $3.99 shipping fee, or issue a refund (minus the original shipping cost, if you paid for shipping on your initial order).
7. Shipping for Kidswear: Extra Care
We know kidswear often has tight deadlines—like back-to-school shopping, or a birthday party outfit—so we take extra steps to make sure these orders go smoothly.
Each year, we post holiday shipping deadlines (for Christmas, Hanukkah, and other major holidays) on our website and send reminders via email. These deadlines tell you the last day to order to ensure your kidswear arrives in time for the holiday—we recommend marking these dates on your calendar to avoid last-minute stress.
For fragile kidswear items—like party dresses with delicate lace, or knitted sweaters—we use extra padding in packaging (such as tissue paper or bubble wrap) to prevent damage during shipping. We also use sturdy boxes to make sure the item stays protected, even if the package is handled roughly in transit.
