Bodeuy Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of women’s and kidswear products (“Products”) from Bodeuy’s website (www.bodeuy.com, “Website”). By placing an order on our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. We recommend reviewing them carefully to understand your rights and obligations, as well as our commitments to providing a joyful, seamless shopping experience.

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

a. How to Place an Order

To purchase Products, you must select items from our Website, provide accurate shipping information (including a valid delivery address), and complete payment as instructed. You confirm that all information you provide during checkout—such as your name, address, and contact details—is true, accurate, and complete. This ensures we can deliver your joyful women’s or kidswear pieces without delays.

b. Order Confirmation

Once you submit your order, you will receive an immediate automated email acknowledging receipt of your order (“Order Acknowledgment”). This is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted. In rare cases, we may be unable to accept your order (e.g., due to unexpected stock shortages, pricing errors, or invalid shipping information). If this happens, we will notify you via email within 1-2 business days and issue a full refund for any payment you have made.

2. Pricing & Payment

a. Pricing

All Product prices on our Website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD), which is the sole currency accepted for purchases. Prices include applicable taxes (where required by law) but exclude any additional fees (e.g., customs duties for international orders—see Section 3 for details).

We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

a. Shipping Timelines

We are committed to getting your Bodeuy products to you promptly:

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving your Order Confirmation. This includes a final quality check—especially for kidswear, where we verify stitching, fabric safety, and size accuracy to ensure it’s ready for play.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 6-12 business days to all destinations worldwide. This timeline applies to both domestic (U.S.) and international orders, with no distinction between regions.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be extended by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays (for international orders), weather disruptions, or public holidays. These factors will not affect your right to return Products (see Section 4).

b. Shipping Costs

Bodeuy offers free shipping on all orders worldwide—there are no minimum order requirements to qualify for free shipping. This applies to every purchase, whether you’re buying a single kidswear tee or a full set of women’s dresses.

c. Customs Duties (International Orders)

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are not included in the Product price or free shipping offer, and you (the customer) are solely responsible for paying them. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order to understand any potential additional costs.

4. Returns & Refunds

a. Return Eligibility

You may return any unused, unwashed, and undamaged Products (with all original tags attached) for a refund within 60 days of the delivery date. This extended return window is designed to fit busy family schedules—whether you need to try on a women’s dress or check if a kidswear set fits as your child grows.

The following Products are not eligible for returns:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked “Final Sale” on the Product page).
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., kidswear with embroidered names) unless they have a manufacturing defect.
  • Products that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by misuse.

b. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

c. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned Product(s) (usually 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

5. Product Availability & Stock

All Products are subject to availability.
